Return and Refund Policy


Cancellation Policy

  1. In case of order cancellation, please cancel the order before it is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled through the website.


Return Policy

  1. Return is available for selected products only. The return eligibility is mentioned on the respective product page.
  2. If return pickup service is not available at your location, the customer will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  3. Return charges may apply depending on the case.


Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  2. Exchange with the same product (replacement) will have a charge of ₹100.
  3. Exchange with a different product will also have a charge of ₹100.
  4. The forward shipment for the exchanged product will be initiated only after the returned product is successfully picked up.
  • Products without original tags will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  1. Refund requests are accepted in case of quality issues, size mismatch, color mismatch, design mismatch, missing items, wrong product delivered, or damaged items in combo orders.
  2. Once the product is successfully picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment mode.


Note for Return

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product must have the original packaging and tags intact.
  • Products without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the allowed return period will not be accepted.
